Washburn University Student Media, in conjunction with the Mass Media Department, is holding A Night of Media Merriment fundraiser to upgrade the technology in the Student Media office. Our goal is to raise $5,000 to upgrade existing computers and purchase new technology and software to maximize our staff's time and talents.
The event will take place on December 7, 2011 from 7 p.m. to 9:30 p.m at the Ramada Inn Convention Center's Jefferson Hall. It will include live entertainment, networking opportunities, hors d’oeuvres and a silent auction. A cash bar will be available.
